Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the sale, return, and warranty policies of Glamorous Puppies (“Seller”) and are binding upon the purchaser (“Buyer”) upon purchase of a puppy from Seller. By purchasing a puppy, Buyer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
1. Return Policy
1.1 Return Eligibility
Returns are only permitted if the puppy is determined to be “unfit for sale” by a licensed veterinarian approved by Glamorous Puppies. The exam must be conducted within three (3) business days of the purchase date.
1.2 Authorized Veterinarian Requirement
Only a veterinary examination conducted by a veterinarian designated or accepted in writing by Glamorous Puppies is valid for return eligibility. Examinations performed by non-approved veterinarians void this return policy.
1.3 Return Procedure
- Buyer must notify Glamorous Puppies immediately upon receiving a qualifying diagnosis.
- The puppy must be returned without delay in the same condition in which it was sold, along with the original paperwork.
- If approved, the Buyer is eligible for one-time replacement only of a puppy of the same breed and equal value/quality, to be provided within ninety (90) days of the return.
1.4 No Cash Refunds – No Money Back
Cash refunds or credit card reversals will not be provided under any circumstances.
1.5 Non-Returnable Circumstances
The following do not qualify for return or replacement under any condition:
- Congenital or hereditary traits not affecting the puppy’s general health, including but not limited to:
- Undescended testicles
- Patellar luxation (grade I or II)
- Undershot or Overshot Bit
- Cherry eye
- Skin Disorders
- Allergies developed by the Buyer or any member of the household
- Disputes with landlords or pet restrictions in housing agreements
- Owner’s inability to manage, train, or care for the puppy
- Personality, size, energy level, or temperament mismatches
- Illnesses or death caused by hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) or other conditions resulting from neglect, mishandling, improper feeding, or failure to follow aftercare instructions
- Injuries or illnesses sustained after the puppy leaves the premises
2. Limited Health Warranty
2.1 Warranty Overview
Glamorous Puppies provides a limited health warranty for puppies sold, valid only under the conditions outlined in this section.
2.2 Validity Period
To activate this warranty, the puppy must be examined by a Glamorous Puppies–approved licensed veterinarian within three (3) business days of purchase.
2.3 Authorized Veterinarian Requirement
Use of any veterinarian not approved in writing by Glamorous Puppies automatically voids this warranty.
2.4 Warranty Coverage
If the puppy is found by the approved veterinarian to suffer from a life-threatening illness or condition that renders it unfit for sale, the Buyer may request a replacement in accordance with Section 1. The following applies:
- The original puppy must be returned along with the written diagnosis from the vet
- A replacement puppy of the same breed and equal value will be offered within ninety (90) days
- The Seller reserves the right to request a second opinion or independent veterinary review before authorizing replacement
2.5 Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Any illness or condition discovered after the three-business-day period
- Any medical expenses incurred without written prior approval from Glamorous Puppies
- Congenital or hereditary defects unless life-threatening
- Vaccination reactions
- Tea Cup breeds
- Any illness resulting from owner negligence, improper diet, exposure to harmful environments, or failure to follow Seller’s post-purchase care guidelines
2.6 No Guarantee of Traits or Future Health
Seller does not guarantee the puppy’s future size, weight, coat quality, fertility, temperament, trainability, or life expectancy.
3. Responsibilities of the Buyer
3.1 Veterinary ExamBuyer agrees to schedule and attend a veterinary exam with an approved provider within 3 business days of purchase. Failure to do so voids all return and warranty rights.
3.2 Proper Care
Buyer assumes full responsibility for:
- Providing the puppy with a safe environment
- Following all feeding, vaccination, and care instructions provided by the Seller
- Monitoring for hypoglycemia, especially in small and young breeds
- Preventing exposure to contagious diseases during the initial transition period
3.3 Documentation
All health records, vaccination history, and purchase documents must be preserved and presented if seeking warranty coverage or return approval.
4. Legal Disclaimers
4.1 Limitation of Liability
Glamorous Puppies shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages resulting from the purchase, ownership, or care of the puppy, including but not limited to emotional distress, medical bills, or legal disputes.
4.2 Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
4.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the full and complete agreement between Buyer and Seller. No oral agreements or representations shall be binding unless documented in writing and signed by both parties.
4.4 Modifications
Any amendments or exceptions to this policy must be made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Glamorous Puppies.
By purchasing a puppy from Glamorous Puppies, the Buyer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms and Conditions stated above.
